These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Nzuricoach platform. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

• All users must provide accurate information during registration.
• Coaches must submit verifiable credentials (certifications, CVs, etc.).

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You may not transfer your account or share login access with others.

3. Using the Platform

• All coaching services must be booked and paid for through Nzuricoach.
• It is strictly forbidden to make or request payments outside the platform.
• Any attempt to bypass Nzuricoach’s system may result in account suspension.

4. Payment and Fees

• Nzuricoach charges a service fee (e.g., 20%) on each transaction.
• Coaches receive payments after successful completion of sessions.
• All payments are processed securely.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content and branding on the platform belong to Nzuricoach.
• Coaches are responsible for the content on their profiles.

6. Account Termination

• Nzuricoach may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.
• Users may delete their accounts at any time.
