Refund Policy

Nzuricoach Refund Policy
We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction. Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • The coach did not show up for the session.
  • The session was not delivered as described.
  • The client cancels at least 24 hours in advance (if permitted by the coach’s policy).

How to Request a Refund:

  • Requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the session.
  • All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
